Cancellations:
Please give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. For missed lessons or lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the following charges will apply:
- Lessons cancelled with 48 hours notice or more - No charge
- Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice - £10 charge
- Lessons cancelled on the day of the appointment - £20 charge
- Missed lessons - £30 full charge
The reason for these charges is due to the popularity of lessons and the fact that appointments can be offered to other clients if cancelled with enough notice. Thank you for your co-operation.
